Sales Engineer CO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineering Leader to join our innovative cybersecurity company. As a leader in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience in the field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity or technology-focused organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of ZTNA principles and their application in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of banking cybersecurity and fraud strategies and related solutions.
• Experience working with financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Having knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, or cybersecurity is preferred. It would be beneficial to possess expertise in any of these areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
• Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English is preferred
