Associate Solution Engineer

Appian is a software company that automates business processes. We're looking for an Associate Solution Engineer to join our team, who will work closely with customers to help lead continual improvement in the availability, performance, functionality, and security of our platform.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex technical concerns
• Provide exceptional, world-class support to customers and stakeholders around the globe
• Tackle technical challenges and communicate work across various departments
• Strong interest in software development, but not focusing on coding all day
• Interest in data analytics and programming/scripting languages (e.g. Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)
• Interest in or experience with RDBMS platforms (e.g. MySql, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Interest in or experience with systems administration (e.g. Linux, Windows)
