HRIS & ATS Specialist

Appian is looking for a HRIS & ATS Specialist to support the systems that enable our global Talent Acquisition team. This role will sit within the CIO organization and work closely with Talent Acquisition Operations to manage all recruiting systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Systems, specifically TA systems.
• 1 + years of experience working with Greenhouse (ATS)
• Experience supporting recruiting workflows, reporting, and operational processes
• Experience working Workday or other enterprise scale Cloud based HCM.
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiting and technology teams
