Job Description
As a Lead Software Engineer at Appian, you will be responsible for ensuring the Appian platform is fast, scalable, and able to handle complex tasks. You will be working on a full-stack Java & web technology environment and will be required to leverage your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to write software and build automation. The role is based in Chennai, India and requires 10+ years of experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade software applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience building and delivering enterprise-grade software applications
- Experience in CI/CD in Cloud environments, like AWS and continuous integration systems, like Jenkins
- Experience in solving labyrinthine problems within large, high-performance, real-time, distributed data systems
- BE/B.Tech/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- MS in Computer Science preferred
- Demonstrable understanding of systems, algorithms, and OO design or webapi design
