Manager, Software Development (Developer Tools)

Appian is seeking a Manager, Software Development (Developer Tools) to provide technical leadership and direct 1-on-1 mentoring and coaching to engineers. The role involves designing, building, operating, and maintaining services and related infrastructure that enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery across all engineering teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and cloud infrastructure practices
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, with 1+ years as a mentor or manager preferred
• Strong skills in one or more programming languages (Python, Golang, Java, etc.)
• Experience with common technologies such as ArgoCD, GitLab, Kubernetes, Terraform, Gradle, AWS
