Senior Technical Consultant (Team Lead)

Appian is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop software solutions using Appian's low-code platform for commercial clients. The consultant will lead projects, ensure the entire software life cycle, and work with clients to implement solutions, integrate systems, and empower self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
• Experience leading small teams through post-sale software implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of object oriented programming and relational databases
• Basic knowledge of software testing practices and API integration
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
