HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist

We are looking for a process-driven HR Operations professional who is passionate about building scalable, automated, and data-driven employee services. This role is designed for someone who enjoys navigating complex logic and is excited to transform HR tasks into high-quality, standardized workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or International HR
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and process compliance
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and first-time cases by proposing structured and scalable solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships (internal and external) in English and Mandarin
• Comfortable working with HRIS and data; an interest in using automation tools to reduce manual workloads
