Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and Investment Analyst to join our growing Corp Dev team. In this role, you will support the execution of investments, M&A transactions, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with CapIQ, PitchBook, or similar platforms a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology, M&A, and strategic growth.
