Senior Software Engineer, Backend Development(Ad Cloud)

Appier is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend services for real-time ad recommendation, data serving, and core ad tech infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in backend software development and a strong understanding of system design and architecture for scalable and distributed systems.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
• Proficient in Go or Python
• Strong experience in system design and architecture for scalable and distributed systems
• Good understanding of Network API Design and experience with message queues for data pipelines
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and experience with database optimization and scaling strategies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Experience with observability tools and implementing robust monitoring and alerting
