Job Description
Appier is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that uses AI to make business decisions. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their backend development team, focusing on the Ad Cloud Platform. This role involves designing and building scalable backend architectures, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Appier has a global presence with offices across APAC, Europe, and the US.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
- Proficiency in Python preferred
- Strong experience in system design and architecture for scalable, distributed systems
- Good understanding of Network API Design (RESTful, gRPC, GraphQL) & message queues (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms)
- Proactive problem-solving skills & strong communication
