People Experience Intern

We are looking for a People Experience Intern to support people-centered initiatives, internal engagement activities, and administrative processes. As a proactive and highly organized individual, you will collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and develop e-learning content, support localization and multimedia adaptation initiatives, and assist the People Experience team with administrative processes and internal campaigns.

Requirements

• 4th or 5th-year university student in Communications, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Proficiency with design and video editing tools such as ClipChamp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles, including content structure, learning objectives, and multimedia learning practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and creative tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher)
