Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Graphic Design (UX-focused), or equivalent experience.
- 4–6+ years of experience designing digital interfaces (Web and Mobile).
- 1–2+ years demonstrating strong product thinking and data-informed decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, tokens, and scalable file governance.
- Proven ability to define, track, and analyze UX metrics (e.g., task success rate, time on task, error rate).
- Experience influencing product backlog through data-driven design proposals.
- Strong experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and data teams.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience participating in product discovery and roadmap definition.
- Familiarity with Product Design frameworks such as Lean UX or Continuous Discovery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights, decisions, and rationale effectively.
- High level of autonomy, with the ability to define scope, priorities, and timelines independently.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers is a plus.
- Solid understanding of frontend development, databases, and cloud environments.
- Experience designing AI-driven features while considering ethical and technical constraints.
- AI fluency, with the ability to use AI tools to extend design capabilities (research synthesis, prototyping, frontend shaping).
- English proficiency (C1 or higher) and Spanish fluency.
