AI Product Development Lead

The Legal and Global Security (LGS) Operations team is seeking an AI Product Development Lead to head the product engineering and building efforts within our legal tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development, AI strategy, and technical program management
• Proven experience leading technical teams in the development of AI-enabled solutions
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle for legal document-type technologies
• Strong experience building user-facing applications with modern front-end frameworks
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
• Proven experience building and deploying prototypes that evolve into production systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-powered legal solutions
• Experience in Knowledge Management and Workflow Management transformation
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration
