Job Description
Apple is seeking a Lead ASIC Digital Design Engineer to collaborate with all areas of the company on hardware development. The role focuses on building functional products quickly and working with vendors to improve efficiency in the Silicon community. This is a strategic role involving architecture, implementation, and validation of custom silicon.
Requirements
- Assist in the architecture, implementation, verification, emulation, and validation of custom silicon.
- Trade off system limitations against engineering requirements.
- Improve engineering requirements specification documents for custom silicon.
- Work with internal teams to ensure documentation meets needs.
- Work with external vendors to develop micro-architecture and verification/emulation of custom silicon.
