The Commercial and Strategy Management (CSM) team is responsible for commercial strategy, negotiations, and cost management for mechanical enclosure components across Apple’s products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management and cost negotiation
- BSME or BSIE, or equivalent. MBA a plus
- Outstanding analytical/negotiation skills
- Ability to toggle between strategic and detail oriented thinking
- Tenacious problem solving & issue resolution skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence across multiple functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
- Excellent communicators, capable of working in multinational environments, driven and motivated by accomplishing extraordinary objectives
- Mechanical and/or prior technical acumen to effectively negotiate by leveraging manufacturing process and product design fundamentals
