Engineering Program Manager, Apple Services Engineering, App Store

The App Store team is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to lead the delivery of business critical features. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management in software development involving complex client/server architecture
• Track record of building products by driving collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA, ops, and other key stakeholders
• Strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
• Proven experience in authoring technical specs
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive multiple tasks to completion with minimal oversight
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field or at least 5+ years of comparable experience
