Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager
• Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects
• Experience shipping customer-facing software features and AI/ML projects from concept through delivery
• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together
• Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them
• Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and well-structured written documentation
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective verbal communication in team meetings and stakeholder presentations
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Strong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence others
