Global Supply Manager (GSM) - Recycled Rare Earths

Apple is seeking a Global Supply Manager (GSM) to lead the end-to-end program management for Apple’s Mountain Pass recycling and magnet block facility. This role involves overseeing supplier qualification, integrating with downstream vendors, and ensuring reliable supply of recycled rare earth materials. The GSM will balance engineering priorities with operational excellence, driving mass production and material quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain development, strategic sourcing, or materials engineering
• BSME, BS in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
• Experience with rare earths, magnets, or advanced materials supply chains
