ML Research Engineer, AI Evaluation Platform

We are looking for an ML Research Engineer who can implement the latest AI techniques, bring them to production, and work with researchers to advance the state of the art in AI evaluation. You will partner with scientists to prototype ideas, implement methods from recent papers, and work with platform engineers to bring those prototypes into production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a role combining machine learning and software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and the modern ML ecosystem (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow)
• Experience working with large language models
• Practical experience with cloud-native development and deployment
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in interdisciplinary teams
