Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or similar
- 6+ years of hands-on, detailed product design or mechanisms design experience
- Knowledge in one or more of these disciplines: design for consumer electronics and wearables or mechanisms development
- Strong design and analysis skills including CAD design, FEA analysis, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFM etc.
- Practical experience working through DFM challenges with external vendors
- Experience with vendor FAI/CPK dimensional reports
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including emails, preparing slide presentations, and presenting technical concepts to multi-disciplinary teams
- Creative problem solving, with experience in challenging failure analysis, root cause investigation, and DOE creation
