Product Design Manager

Apple is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead the design, development, and manufacturing process for new products. This role involves team management, roadmap planning, design review, component integration, and collaboration with development partners. The position requires flexibility and comfort working in a rapidly evolving environment with a focus on high-quality product development.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in mechanical design
• 3+ years in engineering management
• BSME degree
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals (strength of materials, material science, statics, heat transfer)
• 3D and 2D CAD skills (GD&T)
• Experience designing parts for various manufacturing processes (plastic injection molding, metal stamping, etc.)
