RF/mmW Hardware Design Engineer

Join our Wireless Hardware group as an RF/mmW Hardware Design Engineer and help bring groundbreaking wireless connectivity to the world. Design, develop, and optimize radio frequency hardware circuits and systems for wireless communications devices operating at mmW frequencies.

Requirements

• BSEE and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of RF systems principles, RF/mmW hardware design, digital communications, and phased array antenna fundamentals
• Experience with schematic, layout, and EM simulation flows with tools such as Capture, Allegro, HFSS, ADS
• Experience in defining RF/mmW conducted and radiated characterization and production test plans
• Scripting experience in Python for test automation and post-processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
