Senior Security Engineering Manager

The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Security team is looking for an experienced manager to manage a team of security engineers focused on driving security maturity for all of ASE.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering
• 6+ years in a leadership role managing security teams
• Experience with engineering security solutions, driving security architecture and maintaining long term partnerships with engineering teams
• Strong understanding of security protocols, cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), identity & access management, encryption, and container security
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and common security tools (e.g., Snyk, Burp Suite, Nessus, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
