Sensing HW Design Electrical Engineer

This Sensing HW Design Electrical Engineer role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and validate prototype hardware. The engineer will design and lead deliverables, ensuring thorough documentation and alignment with project goals. Responsibilities include designing and schematic capture, lead PCB layout, building proof-of-concept, and validating designs through debug and support.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Electronics experience in processor peripheral interfaces
• Strong working knowledge of Signal and Power Integrity and PCB layout protocols
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multi-meter)
• Experience with SOC's, microcontrollers, microprocessors (ARM), FPGA’s, Camera electrical protocols (e.g. MIPI, LVDS, SDI, DP, HDMI) and sensors or transducers
• Mechanical assembly for prototypes
