Test Design Lead - Hardware Test Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Science or Mechanical or Physics
• 5+ experience integrating of one or more of the following technologies: sensing (motion, touch), transducers, imaging, displays, electrical interconnect and protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, etc..)
• Exceptional problem solving ability
• Expertise with lab test set-up and equipment (e.g. high-speed oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies, spectrum analyzers)
• Experience with FMEA and FA processes - root-cause investigations of issues and recommendations for design improvements
• Prior technical leadership and/or project management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods
• Engineering build leadership, ownership for factory calibration and test strategy and bringup interfacing with factory teams
