Job Description
Applecart is hiring a Systems Engineer to provide Level 1 and 2 Help Desk Support for Windows and Mac devices, support enterprise networking and Applecart office expansion, and assist with core systems administration, systems automation, and scripting using Python.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administrator or similar role
- Hands-On + Remote Help Desk experience
- Strong administration experience
- Device management experience with Windows and macOS
- Enterprise networking experience
- SSO integration experience
- Python scripting experience
- Experience supporting SOC 2 audits or similar compliance frameworks
- AWS/public cloud certification is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills
