Intensive Home Based Treatment Therapist

Intensive Home Based Treatment Therapist position providing mental health services to children and families in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Collaborate with families and clients in crisis planning and provide crisis assistance and coaching. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with other professionals. Prior experience providing mental health services in a home-based or community setting is preferred.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current and valid LSW, LPC, or MFT license
• Training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
