Applied Intuition is looking for an experienced tech transactions attorney to join their legal team in Tokyo, Japan. The role will involve drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, and will require a business-minded lawyer who is focused on execution and comfortable making thoughtful and creative decisions.

Requirements

• Qualification to practice law in Japan (Bengoshi), or equivalent legal qualification
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal)
• 5+ years' of experience with structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
