Employment Counsel

We are looking for a talented and pragmatic Employment Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will serve as a foundational legal advisor on all global labor and employment matters, providing real-time legal counsel and best practices to the People Team and business leaders. This high-visibility role requires a candidate who can synthesize rigorous legal analysis with a sophisticated business sense to develop and scale the policies and culture necessary to fuel our rapid global expansion.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of focused employment law experience
• Deep familiarity with US federal and California labor laws, with aptitude for expanding that expertise globally
• The ability to deliver tough news with empathy and influence stakeholders without relying solely on your title
• A proven track record of providing risk-adjusted, creative solutions to complex personnel challenges
