Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar
• Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Demeanor to thrive in a fast-paced sales focused environment
• Ability to travel (up to 20%)
