Job Description
We are looking for an AI Business Analyst - HR Technology to partner with HR COEs, evaluate AI features, and provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of functional HR domains, Workday platform capabilities, and AI applications in HR.
Requirements
- Partner with HR COEs to identify use cases for AI across the HR function
- Evaluate the AI features and functionality within our current technology stack
- Provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new use cases for AiMEE
- Lead and support pilot deployments of AiMEE across countries
- Serve as strategic liaison between COEs, GIS and our data sciences team
- Collaborate with GIS and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture
- Partner with Data Analytics team to develop and validate HR analytics models using Workday data
- Monitor Workday releases and AI trends to recommend enhancements and innovations
- Support project planning, testing and deployment of AI and automation initiatives
