Job Description
We're a global leader in materials engineering solutions, and we're looking for a Data Scientist to help us push the boundaries of materials science and engineering. You'll design and develop program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse 'big data' sources, and help business groups understand their data and derive insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
- Experience with R, SAS, Matlab, SQL, and PHP or Python programming
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data-mining techniques
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and persuade others
