Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Corporate Strategic Development to play a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic initiatives, investments, investor communications and partnerships. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting, prior experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research or investment banking / private equity, and a strong analytical rigor and business judgment.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting
- Prior experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research or investment banking / private equity
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering and/or Finance/Economics preferred
- Strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and ability to synthesize & communicate complex information for executive audiences
