Engineering Technician

Role Overview

Perform complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Work in a supportive leading global company that encourages learning and growth.

What You Will Do

Test and troubleshoot system level and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum and process testing on AMAT platforms.

Requires full understanding of the company's manufacturing and/or engineering processes, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Provides management with technical input in order to correct problems both at the system level and in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Full understanding of the company's manufacturing and/or engineering processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a clean room and use Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, climb stairs and ladders, lift, and distinguish between colors
