Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Chemical & Gas Engineer to join our Global Workplace and Infrastructure team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facility operations for all Labs in the India portfolio, including designing, installing, operating, and maintaining Gas & Chemical infrastructure. The role will involve driving facility operations, planning, building, and running the labs to ensure 100% uptime and high availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Gas & Chemical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience within a large corporation, preferably managing facilities operations for semiconductor Fab or AT site, Industrial Bulk & specialty gas plants, Chemical or pharmaceutical industries
- Certifications: CFM, IFMA, PE, CE, etc.
- Understanding of OSHA, NIOSH, NBC, Fire codes, MSDS, MOC, etc.
- Troubleshooting know-how of Bulk & Specialty gas management, GLSS, sensors/ detectors, control systems / valves, Abatements & scrubbers, RO/ ETP/ water treatment
- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
