Facilities Technician - HVAC

The Facilities Specialist IV is a senior, hands-on facilities role with a primary focus on commercial/industrial HVAC systems and overall facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts HVAC License (commercial/industrial)
• 7–10 years of facilities maintenance experience, with strong HVAC focus
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working independently in an operational environment
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including responding to after-hours emergencies
