Field Service Engineer (Customer Egineer) on site

Requirements

• Technical Diploma + 2-year post-diploma (Mechatronic) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications
• Problem-solving experience or strong inclination and excellent manual skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience in basic technical issue diagnosis and resolution
• Basic mechanical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum systems, thermodynamics
• Familiarity with manual tools and measurement instruments (e.g. digital multimeter)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid driving license; willingness to obtain a passport if required
• Ability to work in accordance with safety requirements and environmental guidelines
