Global Product Support Engineer

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions, and we're looking for a Global Product Support Engineer to develop procedures, partner with Quality & Reliability, and train customer engineers.

Requirements

• Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab
• Develop and document procedures to install, retrofit, and maintain the product
• Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training
