Job Description
We are seeking a Global Software Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, IND. As a lead/senior software support engineer, your primary responsibility will be to resolve software issues reported from current product install base and work with cross-functional teams to successfully deploy software at customer sites.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and methodical problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with extended teams spread across the globe
