Job Description
We are a global leader in materials engineering solutions, and we're looking for a Global Software Support Engineer II to analyze and resolve equipment software application and systems issues, provide customer software support, and participate in developing customer-focused feature documentation.
Requirements
- Analyzing and collaborating to resolve equipment software application and systems issues
- Providing customer software support via Software Ticketing system
- Creating, testing, and verifying Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures for product software
- Participating in developing customer-focused feature documentation for external software features
- Assisting in training junior level engineers and detailed product operation
