Requirements
- 10-15 years of HRBP or progressive HR experience in a dynamic organization
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects with discipline and execution focus
- High learning agility, strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solver with collaborative working style
- Bachelorās degree required
