As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing operational processes to ensure continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• More than 4 years of experience in IE/operational roles
• Experience in project management
• Excellent English – speaking, reading and writing skills
• Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinking
• Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces
• Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently
• Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums
