Lab Manager

We are seeking a Lab Manager to support our SiC EPI systems, test stands, and metrology tools. The successful candidate will work closely with product and process engineering teams for development. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families.

Requirements

• Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility
• Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements
• Responsible for departmental budgets and spending requirements
• Effectively assigns work to subordinate staff, providing for professional development
• Spearheads research and development of new technologies
• Responsible for overseeing the development, support, maintenance and implementation of all projects handled by the BU/ technology group
