Job Description
We're a global leader in materials engineering solutions, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and maintain methods and processes in the fabrication of parts and components. You'll work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate product releases and improvements, and use your expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain methods and processes in the fabrication of parts and components
- Coordinate product releases and improvements with other engineering functions
- Use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality
- Determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements
- Develop and use test procedures and evaluate work methods and policies
- Determine root causes and corrective actions for issues that arise during assembly or system testing
