Manufacturing Quality Technical Program Management III - (E3)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technical Program Management III to prepare project plans, coordinate technician scheduling, and drive quality initiatives. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, and at least 3 years of quality engineering experience. Proficiency in quality analysis tools and statistical software, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles are preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or other relevant qualifications.
• Preferably at least 3 years of quality engineering experience.
• Professional qualifications in Quality will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in quality analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (Green Belt preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment across different time zones.
