Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer III responsible for designing, developing, and implementing quality systems and process design, including documentation and support drawings. Drive operational excellence and introduce new ideas to further the company’s profitability.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, or related Physical Science, or Engineering, with 10 years relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Engineering, business, or related Physical Science with 7 years relevant experience; or PhD in Materials Science, related Physical Science, or Engineering with 5 years relevant experience
- Possess ability to perform detail-oriented tasks, excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate math and computer skills
- Proficiency in specific job-related software, technical drawing interpretation, manufacturing/quality techniques, mechanical inspection techniques
- Skills with Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering (ASQ certification preferred), project management
- Detailed understanding of machining processes and associated manufacturing technologies
- Work effectively with a diverse group of people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent listening skills necessary
