Job Description
Material Project Management position at Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions, based in Bangalore, India. Responsibilities include initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, and cost estimation requests, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Prior sourcing, negotiation, dual sourcing, and supplier management experience
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods & commodities as related to product and cost structure
- Ability to read and interpret BOM's
- Self-starter with excellent people and presentation skills
