Mechanical Engineer IV

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge equipment used in the production of display and semiconductor chips. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work on designing, developing, and modifying mechanical engineering layouts, schematics, and specifications, and oversee manufacturing and installation processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Creo (Pro/ENGINEER), or SolidWorks
• Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD‐ACE, COMSOL)
• Demonstrated strength in at least one technical domain: thermal engineering, compressible flow, mechanical design, or machining/manufacturing processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build effective cross‐functional relationships and communicate technical concepts to non‐experts
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced product development environment
