• Act as an interface in establishing and ensuring conformance to customer/vendor requirements
• Implement and monitor compliance to safety policies and procedures
• Develop personnel through training and career development
• Manage employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes
• Analyze and plan for maximum production capacity optimization
