Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of NPME role
• Independent development and implementation of new product BOMs
• Development and implementation of new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies
• Management of Operation Method Sheets
• 3D solid model virtual analysis process
• Design reviews and feedback to new product development team
• Change control processes, including Non Standard Requests and Engineering Change Orders
• Documentation and root cause corrective analysis of product-related issues
• Technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing resources
• Project management and leadership
